RNB HP - U14AA Roster Annoucements
It was a pleasure to watch you show up to the rink ready to give it your all.
For those that will receive the uneasy news that you weren't retained for the U14AA team, we want you to be proud of yourselves.
Ringette is a fast paced possession game and not ending up on one of these rosters doesn't mean you failed as an athlete. Assessments during tryouts are only a brief snapshot of your potential. You certainly have a bright successful ringette season and career ahead.
The decision to retain a player has multiple factors to consider and the coach wished that she could have taken more players.
We want to encourage every player to reach out to their local associations where they can continue to develop, have fun and create loads of memories.
